ROBERT PAULK
President
Captain Robert R Paulk, USN (Ret.), President
Recently, he served as Pogue Construction’s Chief Operations Officer (COO), a $600 million general contractor located in McKinney, TX. During his 6 years as COO he led multiple key reorganization and staffing initiatives, corrected project on-time completion performance, and helped drive record annual revenues and profit in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Concurrently, Pogue Construction received regional and national recognition for construction volume and as a “best place to work.”
Bob’s success is attributed to skills that develop, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams. He strongly believes that “people are any organization’s greatest asset” and demonstrates a “can do” attitude that permeates throughout any organization. Portraying a servant leadership style takes strong strategic planning, a comprehensive road map for success, and exhaustive follow through with successful execution. Married for over 30 years to his high school sweetheart, the former Linda Spragins, who serves as President/CEO of Sky Ranch. They reside in Plano, TX.
ADAM KURTENBACH

Adam Kurtenbach, Vice President of Business Development
Adam Kurtenbach has been in the modular construction industry for over 20 years. He joins ConXtech from KATERRA, where he was most recently the Director of Business Development for the PNW. In this role, Adam was responsible for oversight of almost $500 million in project sales. Previous to his stint at Katerra, Adam ran Business Development for Urban Edge Builders (UEB) where he helped establish their Seattle office and was involved in bringing the first high-rise to the University of Washington district in over 30 years; The M. Adam is a firm believer in the power of innovative, modular, sustainable building practices and their ability to change the built environment for the better. A long-time hockey and lacrosse coach and player, Adam believes in the parallels between these sports and the construction industry; namely, grind to succeed, be accountable every day, and team before individual.
JULIA T. COPELAND
Director of Human Resources
Julia T. Copeland, Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Julia is responsible for the organization’s overall workforce planning and employment, compensation analysis, benefits administration, employee and labor relations as well as review of the collective bargaining agreement. Before coming to ConXtech, Julia gained experience in many different industries to include Aerospace Semiconductor Technology, Solar & Renewable Energy, Banking & Financial Institutions, Staffing Firms and Manufacturing. She brings with her 14 years of Human Resources experience. Julia’s prior roles include Director of Human Resources as well as Director of Operations & Recruitment. Her primary responsibilities involved managing the full cycle technical recruiting operations and business workflow, establishing strong relationships with executive level managers and outside clients and vendors, as well as overseeing the implementation and roll out of HRIS and proprietary databases specific to particular industries. Julia holds her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Montana State University.
ADAM BROWNE, S.E., P.E.
Chief Engineering Officer
Adam Browne, S.E., P.E., Chief Engineering Officer
As the CSEO, Mr. Browne is responsible for ConXtech’s standardized calculations and design methodologies. He also provides technical recommendations and guidance to outside engineering firms working with the ConX System.
Mr. Browne is a licensed California structural engineer with over 20 years of experience. He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of California at Santa Cruz and studied structural engineering at San Francisco State University before joining the firm BFL/OWEN in 1994. He went on to work for Balfour Beatty as their chief engineer on the Golden Gate Bridge Northern Approach Viaduct Seismic Retrofit and California Engineering/Modern Continental’s chief engineer for the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge Seismic Retrofit. Before joining ConXtech in 2012, Mr. Browne was the EOR at FBA and Associates, responsible for the structural design on the first 2 million square feet of ConX structure. There, he was integral in establishing acceptability of the framing system with various building departments and jurisdictions.
KEVIN CHAMBERS
Vice President of Industrial Operations
Kevin Chambers, Vice President of Industrial Operations
As Vice President of Industrial Operations, Kevin is responsible for growing and executing work in the Process Industry, larger commercial markets such as data centers, and responsible for work with our international clients. Before coming to ConXtech, Kevin worked as a consultant in Project Management for a private company in Houston. Prior to that he spent ten years executing projects in the process industry that ranged in costs of $50MM to $3B. His responsibilities ranged from business development to engineering and design to project management.
Kevin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and has worked in several different markets prior to attending college. In his youth, he worked as a laborer and welder for companies like Fluor and smaller commercial companies. He’s worked on marine construction projects, heavy industrial, power, commercial, and oil field projects in a variety of roles from laborer to welder to owner / operator.

Russ Lambert, General Counsel & EVP
Russ Lambert is an accomplished corporate attorney, financial advisor, restructuring specialist and former Fortune 50 operating executive including as CEO for a $100m+ company. He has broad Private Equity and Legal experience in financial restructurings, acquisitions, and litigation management. A high-energy executive, he is skilled in finance, accounting, technology, and corporate legal, organizational and operational fundamentals. Lambert has a successful track record of advising operating challenged companies and rapidly implementing financial, legal, strategic and operational strategies leading to outstanding results.

STEPHEN BOYD

Stephen Boyd, Vice President of Operations and CTO
As VP Technology, Stephen is responsible for ConXtech’s core products, as well as the hardware, software, processes, and systems needed to successfully execute ConX-based projects. He is a passionate technology leader and innovator driving scalability for ConXtech’s products and setting the stage for long-term growth. As one of the engineers responsible for the XL300 industrial system, Stephen has developed a deep knowledge of the ConXtech product portfolio and all of the underlying systems enabling its success. He has led cross-functional engineers to drive product improvements and scalability that have enabled successful deployment and implementation of ConXtech technology.
With a Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering degree from Union College, Stephen’s background gives him exposure across engineering disciplines. From mechanical design to software, he brings system-level approaches to ConXtech’s unique product. His embrace of agile product development principles and vision for Construction as a product is the backbone for ConXtech’s continued innovation efforts.

ELIZABETH CAREY
Director of Strategy
Elizabeth Carey, Director of Strategy
Native to the San Francisco Bay Area, she attended University of Michigan with a major in Biopsychology. After college, she spent time in the non-profit sector, specifically behavioral health, before landing at ConXtech. Since joining ConXtech, she has worked in operational leadership in Fabrication and now Business Development serving as a strategic thought partner to inform organizational strategy and decision making. She has training in Organizational Health, Lean, Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving, Project Management, agile and scrum to name a few. Her passion lies in empowering individuals and teams to engage through a framework and structure that aligns C-Suite to front-lines, facilitates collaboration and accountability for teams to effectively elevate and solve critical problems, align and execute strategic and tactical initiatives that drive results. Through leadership and coaching people learn to actualize their meaning and purpose of the work that they do and how it relates to the strategic vision of the company.
JOSH DELEHMAN

Josh DeLehman, Sr. Director of Business Development
Josh joins ConXtech with 15 years of experience in engineering and construction for the energy, mining, and infrastructure industries. His roles have included senior positions in both Supply Chain Management and Business Development, with an emphasis on construction support services and manufacturing. Early in his career, he spent close to 10 years with Fluor Corporation and completed several U.S. domestic and international field assignments including stints in South America and on the North Slope of Alaska. He’s worked on landmark projects such as the World Trade Center Transportation Hub Project in New York, New York, Newmont Mining’s Minera Yanacocha Conga Project in Cajamarca, Peru, and ExxonMobil’s Point Thomson Development in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. More recently, he led regional business development efforts for Chicago Bridge & Iron’s fabrication and manufacturing division for the Western U.S., and later for Chicago Bridge & Iron’s field erect storage business. A common thread in Josh’s career has been risk mitigation through shifting work from the job site into controlled shop environments where certainty of cost, quality, schedule and safety are more readily achievable. This focus is expected to serve Josh well as he works to grow ConXtech’s core business. Josh holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
ANTHONY PYDYCH

Anthony Pydych, Director of Business Development
Tony brings over 25 years of client-centric design, preconstruction, and construction experience to ConXtech. He is a licensed Architect, AIA member and holds a General Contractor’s license. Tony brings a multi-disciplinary background and a pragmatic results-driven approach to ConXtech with an emphasis on developing positive and durable client & industry relationships.
Tony joined ConXtech from Walsh Group where he was the Director of Preconstruction & Design Manager for the Seattle Division. He previously worked for Katerra/UEB as Preconstruction Director, Perkins+Will and Callison Architecture as a Senior Project Architect, and he started his career working at Skilling Ward Magnusson Barkshire Engineering (currently named MKA). He has extensive preconstruction and design/build and project management experience in a broad range of building project types including: national and international mixed-use high-rise office/residential developer projects, industrial manufacturing, high tech & medical labs, data centers, healthcare & MOB, educational & housing projects.
As a former NCAA athlete for the University of Washington Rowing Team, Tony values principles of teamwork, accountability, the importance og self-discipline and initiative, and that there is no substitute for hard work. Worthwhile results come from hard work and careful planning.
JEREMY MICHELS

Jeremy Michels, Business Development Manager Southwest Region
Jeremy has 26 years in the steel industry with 16 years in the structural and miscellaneous steel space. Having roles as a Senior Business Development Manager at Construction Specialties Platform Solutions and President of Platform Manufacturing Group, Jeremy has a wide range of skills he brings to each client. The last 12 years Jeremy has had a focus on modular and prefabrication and implementation in the construction industry. Jeremy believes in leading from the front and providing solution-oriented planning for his customers. His years of experience help inform clients on best practices that save time and money. He has experience in many construction markets to include, Multi Family, high rise residential, schools, manufacturing facilities, industrial, commercial and data centers. Originally from Montana, he started his career as a blacksmith doing high-end forged wrought iron, Jeremy has a strong love of the outdoors and spending time in the mountains with his wife and two sons.

DEAN GLOVER

Dean Glover, Board Member
Mr. Glover is currently CEO and President of Miratech Group, LLC and CEO of Techniks Tool Group. He brings over 25 years of product manufacturing, engineering and supply chain expertise to ConXtech’s Board.
Prior to Miratech, Mr. Glover led global manufacturing and supply chain operations, and served as Chairman and CEO of Diebold France. He also held executive roles at Global Power Equipment Group Inc. and Braden Manufacturing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Glover spent 13 years with General Electric in managerial and technical roles. In addition to ConXtech, Mr. Glover serves on the board of Ocean Power Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Glover holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. He also is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
WADE DECKER

Wade Decker, Board Member
Wade Decker is an accomplished construction business executive and owner. At age twenty-four he founded Decker Mechanical (DMI) and grew the company to $70m and over 400 employees. DMI is one of the largest and highest-rated mechanical contractors in the DFW area and the longest under single ownership. Decker also co-founded and co-owns NorthStar Builders Group, a premier CMR – DB Contractor in the K-12 School Market in North Texas. Decker is known for his hands-on ability to manage construction company’s strategy and business operations as well as co-developing promising technology applications and new business ventures. He co-founded TWL Water Technologies, a patented drilling flow-back water treatment technology company; Volo Energy, who develops green data centers powered by wind; and E3 Entegral Solutions, providing energy services & Design Build Projects in the K-12 School Market in Texas. Entegral successfully spun out of DMI in 2012. Decker is active in missions and non-profits holding Board Seats on EVP – Emergency Volunteers Project and previously on Traffick 911 fighting sex trafficking. He is married to Rebecca for 38 years, they have four grown children and grand-children and reside in Mansfield, Texas.

W. George Coyle - Managing Partner, Energy Innovation Capital
George is a co-founder and managing partner of Energy Innovation Capital. In addition to ConXtech, George serves on the boards of Streamline Innovations, RedEye, Mission Secure, Fluence Analytics, Fracture ID, and Comitt Well Solutions. George is one of the longest-tenured venture capital investors in the energy technology industry, having previously co-founded and led three corporate venture capital groups: Chevron Technology Ventures, ConocoPhillips Technology Ventures Investments and Energy Technology Ventures. George also served as the President and CEO of DeepFlex Inc., a VC-backed energy technology company. He previously worked in Exploration & Production leadership roles at Chevron and is an active member of AAPG, SEG, and SPE. George holds an MBA from Tulane University, a M.S. in Geology (geophysics option) from the University of Kansas and a B.S. in Earth Sciences from the University of New Orleans.
