Don’t miss a beat on the latest progress at Scripps Health Encinitas Acute Care Lusardi Tower! Our innovative “billboard erection” method is proving to be a game-changer for this project. Unlike traditional tiered steel erection, our method allows us to construct full height across the building’s footprint in one continuous process. Starting from one corner and moving outward, this technique eliminates redundant steps and saves precious time, a significant benefit given the tight constraints of the site. Our aerial shots highlight how ConXtech’s precision, prefabricated components fit seamlessly together, optimizing the construction process even when space is limited.
